Grilled Skirt Steak

Decided on an old fav for dinner tonight, skirt steak tacos. Mixed up a quick marinade of soy sauce, olive oil, cumin, brown sugar, minced onion, minced garlic, and lime juice. Cooked over lump hardwood. Top pic is what I love to see on a snowy night; meat scented smoke rising from "Big Hoss"! Second pic is finished product. Served with warm tortillas and all the fixins.
