There is some cool stuff to report - my always generous in-laws bought me a meat grinder attachment for our Kitchen Aid Mixer... very very cool. Ground up some ribeyes last night for some expensive yet DELISH burgers.

Meat grinder, eh? That sounds pretty slick. I think that I have a Good Eats DVD of Alton brown making stuff with his Mixmaster meat grinder attachment, I'll save it for you.
I would like to get one myself but there's barely enough time to brew beer, let alone pick another hobby right now.
I suggested a "how to can" book with supplies as a Christmas gift for me, boy did that get the eye rolls. "And you are going to find time to do that WHEN?!!... Yeesh.
